I've got a new well with all new equipment to supply water.
If I run the shower, sink faucet, or flush toilet everything works fine. If I use an outside faucet or start the clothes washer, the pump will miss the low limit and I have to restart it with the lever on the limit switch.
It is a 30-50 psi Square D switch. When it works correctly it starts at 29 and off at 49, so it is set pretty close. The bladder in the tank had 30 psi when I checked with a dial type gauge which I trust to be pretty accurate. I lowered the bladder pressure to 27 psi.
I'm wondering if the limit switch is bad.
Thanks to any helpful replies.
