Found another tool I don't recognize......

It's obviously some sort of specialty "line nut wrench" to access a fitting in a restricted area.

Kent-Moore makes specialty service tools for the auto industry (and perhaps others).

Is there a part number on it along with the name?

Looks like a 1/2" square drive nut driver to drive a nut on a nut on long threaded rod.

They make a similar one now for EGT sensors on diesels you can't get a wrench on.

Yep, line nut socket. They are super useful on Caterpillar 3400 series mechanical fuel engines.
