for aligning spokes on a motorcycle wheel so you can true the rim???


a gig for adjusting and truing something.. maybe a double clutch??
 
It's a jig used to mark the spokes on a steel wheel so they could be cut the same lenght before welding a rubber tire rim on them. making a wheel that we now call cut-offs.
