It might be a HM-238 Cultivator.

Looks like maybe has pipe gangs rather than rectangular. If so, maybe HM-236.

H-M 238 is correct. Dad had one on his M and i have one out back for my H. The round parts you see are solid bars down to square steel where the cultivator shanks mount, Gary.

The pictures are really bad for answering this question. I thought I could see the front end of a pipe bar in the first picture. Maybe it is the end of another part. Whichever model it is should now be obvious to the OP based on the comments already made.
