Where are the serial numbers?

I have a WD and a WD-45 Allis-Chalmers and would like to know what year they were produced. Where are the serial numbers? Where do I look on the tractors for the numbers? Please let me know. Thank you very much!!

Stand behind each of them. Now then lay your left hand on the back wheel/tire and your right hand on the seat. Look down and just below the brake cover on each you should see a flat spot. Thats where the numbers will be
