White 9720 engine calling it quits

I have a 9720 White combine and the engine must have burned a hole in a piston or had a piston fail. Does anyone know where I can find a temporary replacement until I can overhaul the one I have? I run a 9700 and 9720 and I love them both they are awesome machines. Where I run two machines it probably wouldn"t hurt to have a spare sitting on a stand in the shop. Thank You in advance.

Best bet is to call some salvage yards to see if there is any from a Massey or White combine. Should have the Perkins engine.

Have you tried Worthington Ag Parts? The one over here has quite a few motors.

I was just at the Spallinger Combine Salvage yard in Ohio and I saw 2 or 3 9720s and a boat load of Masseys. You could give them a call, just google the name.

Leasburg,IN has two 9700 that had good engines if they still have them.They were both mine.Both engines run good. Only reason I got rid of them was the tinware was getting beyond patching.
