white pine, tn

looking to go to white pine for the first time.
anyone have opinions on how the track compares to say Princeton,IN or to Tunica?
also anyone know how long the sled chains are?
any and all input is appreciated.
Thanks
Eric

I believe sled chain lengths are the standard 46" long. i know it is on the big sled, i don"t remember the small one looking any different.

You better have a good clutch on the big sled. Hardest sled ever to get to move taking off. Other than that it's an excellent pull and great people

I have to say it is a very good pull and is definitely worth going to. However it is a mean track, and takes alot of tire and alot of power, so don"t expect the sandbox of Tunica!

A lot of folks have nicknamed that pull (baby tunica). Better bring a few extra ponies with ya. Also very good location, easy access, 2 thumbs up

White pine is by far the best hooking track I have ever pulled on. The big sled is very heavy and hard to get started. Most choke out instead of spin out. When the pan on the sled drops you stop. I went to Princeton and White Pine last year and I prefer white pine based on the how good the track hooks and the competition. Last year most classes had between 15-20 tractors in it with several classes with over 30 tractors. The pull is great even in bad weather because the tractor parking arena is linked to pulling arena therefore rain isn’t a factor. Bring some Advil because the fumes can give you one heck of a headache. The pull flyer is in antique puller and on www.easttntractor.com.

Great track and Awesome competition... Largest pull I've been a part of! Can't wait to go back this year. Fun time for sure .
