Wife passed away

My wife of 27 years passed away suddenly Sunday evening at the hospital ER. She had surgery back in mid may that wenrr sour resulting in about two months in the hospital and a long convalescence. She was getting better in spite of a couple setbacks and some minor problems.

We went to church Sunday morning then out to lunch and she started feeling bad after we went to her folks place. She complained of shortness of breath and I took her to the ER where she rapidly went downhill. The nurses and Doctor worked hard on her but in the end her lungs just shut down and she went home to the Father.

She was 57 years old and about the sweetest, kindest gentle soul I have ever known.

I feel for you Ron, I lost my wife of 34 years and 8 months Dec. 5, 2003. I will have you in my prayers. I can tell you you will have period of adjustment and time will heal. I know where Alice is and don't grieve anymore, but not a day goes by that I don't think of her.

My sincere condolances. I too lost my wife of 36yrs in Nov.2005 after dealing with M.S. for over 30yrs. Only time will heal, but the memory carries on.

I know, it is very hard right now.

Last summer would have been our 30th anniversary. But, we did have 18 of them, for which I am thankful.

Hang onto the good, let the bad/sad go.

I am still single, never found one yet that can replace her, don't expect I ever will.

Ron, I will pray for you and your family that the Lord Jesus will comfort and give you strenth during this difficult time in your life.

Not a fun thing to go thru. I lost my late wife in 1994 at the age of 55. We had been married 37 years. Lost my Dad 2 months and 9 days after that. God carried me thru the all of that and into my life without them. He is there for you for the asking.

Very sorry about that I almost lost my wife of 33 years this summer but they pulled her though and she is getting back to good health. Funny what a kidney infection can do for you.

I hope you are getting along and that your family is close so that you can have some comfort.

It awful hard to go though this by yourself so if you need anything just give us a shout and I am sure that we will respond.

way way too young, what a shame! I feel very sorry for you, and my thoughts and prayers go to you and family.

My sincerest apologies.

May the Good Lord our savior lay rest upon her soul. May he also look over you and your family in these times of sorrow. I know he is with you and in your heart.

Robert

I'm so, so sorry sir. No words can ease the grief you feel now but the Lord will carry you through to a brighter day when you can look back without too much pain. Hang in there, friend. God bless you.

May God wrap you in His loving arms as he welcomes her home. Know that you have friends here if you need us. Prayers for you during this time of loss, Peace and comfort. Keep her smile in your mind and her love in your heart. Take care. CL

So sorry to hear of your loss. Believe the Lord will carry you thru this time, and be happy for her that she is in no more discomfort and with the Father. God bless.

Sorry to hear about your wife's passing.I wish you strength during this difficult time.

I want to extend you my deepest sympathy. No words of comfort can remove the terrible pain that a person suffers from such a loss. I lost my 24 yo. daughter nearly 8 years ago, and still not a day passes that I don't feel the pain. As the words of an old gospel chours goes; "Hold to God's unchanging hand, hold to God's unchanging hand, build your hopes on things eternal, hold to God's unchanging hand".

I'm sorry to hear that.

Guy I worked with had something similar happen to his wife a few months ago- Woke up the next day and she was gone. No reasoning, just passed away in her sleep.

No way to get over it, but hopefully you get the strength to keep going.

I've been married 29 years. I can't imagine going on without her with no warning. I've got tears in my eyes just thinking about what you're going through. My prayers are with you. I can tell you have faith in a hereafter. I do too. Seek Him in prayer and He'll give you strength.

Im very sorry to hear this. Prayers are on the way for you and yours. You will be in our thoughts in the days to come. May God keep and hold you.

Let us know if we can do anything to help

Sincerely
Randy
