I bought an old (1945) "M" Farmall for very cheap. Would not run but looked pretty good. Had new battery cables and starter switch. Had fuel, spark and compression. Still no run. Took off most of the cobbled up wiring and put in new ignition switch. Still no run bur showed fire when running started. The silly fellow before me had put the entire elecrtical system on the starter side of the starter switch! Now runs good.
