P/n for deep shift 3/4 rail is 70261443 and the new fork is 70261385.(quoted from post at 06:13:52 12/06/19) Not knowing any of the past history of the tractor, I'd suspect it needs the deep shift 3/4 shifting rail from a very late model 185 tractor and possibly a new 3/4 fork, as it will be worn. I've fixed dozens like that over the years.

YES. It will shift into 4th gear (7th-8th speeds) farther, which usually takes care of gear jump out.
