Yanmar FX285 - 3 Point Hitch Won't Lift

It was working fine and then stopped lifting. You can cycle the arms up and down manually without much resistance but I'm told this is normal. The hydraulics to the hitch arms seem to be actuated by a solenoid valve. I tested out the electrical portion from the switch to the solenoid valve in the hopes that it was fuse or relay but the electrical is fine. I suspect it needs a new solenoid/valve. Anyone have an experience with this?

Are you getting voltage to the solenoid? If so, replace solenoid, if not, touch voltage to it and see what happens.

I do have voltage at the solenoid. Just wanted to see if there was anything else I'm not thinking of before replacing the solenoid. Thanks.

I am really ignorant on the FX 3 fidget Yanmars as well electrical problems.
