The farm I mow the lawn at has a guy that works there to watch the place ect. Well he was telling me the clutch on the zetor tractor dosent work. He said he put a new slave cylinder on it but when he pushes the clutch in the tractor keeps going. He nor me are fermilaur with these tractors or hydro clutch. Any ideas what's wrong with it. I think it's a 6120 or something, I don't know much about it. Thanks.

Don't have good news for him. I have a Zetor tractor that had those symptoms. It's possible there is a leaking hose, but I guess that's been checked. The clutch cylinder and the brake cylinders share the same hydraulic reservoir so the fluid needs to be checked.

On my tractor the throwout bearing had slipped out of the assembly some way and when the clutch pedal was pushed in the slave cylinder piston was being pushed out of the cylinder, meaning another new slave cylinder probably. Bottom line, the tractor had to be split and the clutch assembly worked on.
The tractor can be moved by: putting the gear shift in neutral and cranking the tractor to let it warm up so it will start easy. Cut the tractor off, put it in low gear or low reverse as needed, then crank the tractor in gear, keeping it at low idle with a hand on the cut off lever. The dealer loaded mine on his trailer by this method.

If he replaced the slave cyl. my guess would be
that the master clutch cyl. is the problem. If he
pumps the pedal see if the tractor can be stopped
or shifted into gear. If so then the master is at
fault.
