I enjoy the eucalyptus trees in the Australian images. I expect to see 4 or 5 Koalas about. Jim

A good one- Series III. A neighbor is refurbishing one just like it as we speak.View attachment 5896Allis Chalmers
One of the biggest complaints was the heat from the worm gears in the rear end causing the seat bottom to burn the driver, or at least sweat. When were the seat and operator controls move rearward on the model N and why?
I really like having your pictures altogether this way!
That fuzzball seems a mite tired. I have never found it easy to go to sleep on branches. I need a treehouse!!!View attachment 5894
Happy to oblige Jim, but be aware, they can be nasty, they pee on you and when they roar it is quite frightening. They also grow to a fair size, we have seen one about 4' tall. All they do is eat and sleep and, in some places, they strip the trees bare then have to move on. We saw one area where there were many in the trees and when we went back, two years later, the trees were stalks and no bears.
I drove one of these but it did not have that style seat on itView attachment 5898Caterpillar 2 Ton
I bet that was interesting if you hit a rock or tree rootsView attachment 5900Friday Rust
Fordson Model N with built in Howard Rotovator. Ease of Entry? Not for me now-a-days.
One thing in life is certain - change will come. This is no different. This new format was frustrating for me as well but after a few weeks I got the hang of it and now it is easy to use. Keep posting the pictures - 1st thing I look for everyday.View attachment 5901Friday Compilation
