Does anyone have or could you tell me where to find the supply and return hose connection on the tractor side of a 4500. I took a 753 off of 3500 tractor, but I do not know where to plumb it into the hydraulic system of the 4500.
Post a couple pictures of the tractor side hoses on your loader valve. The 4500 has a frame for a backhoe but I haven’t found any place to make the connections. I am not a hydraulics guy so not sure about the valves and power beyond.
The tank return line on BH valve goes to tank. Anyplace that dumps into the hydraulic sump will work. Be sure ypu correctly identify the power beyond return and tank return on the backhoe.View attachment 114931View attachment 114932View attachment 114933View attachment 114934View attachment 114935View attachment 114936View attachment 114937View attachment 114938
Not sure if these help and they are not in any particular order. I think I have it figured out so tell me if I'm wrong.
1. Hose from pump will go to feed side on BH
2. Line from BH will feed loader valve at connection where feed line is currently attached
3. This is where I am not sure of but I assume that the return line from BH will connect to the hardline from loader valve (it is the hard line on the left and goes down under tractor towards the rear and has a plug on it now)
Please let me know if that is wrong.
Sorry. i dont know the details of the loader plumbing. I assume the loader is running off a pump on the fromt of the tractor and the loader frame is the hydaulic sump. If so it should be easy to find that connection. Is there a way to verify if the hardline with the cap on it dumps into the sump? This loader has a connection under the tractor that runs from post to post of the loader and I assume that is the return to sump but does not have a good way to tie into it.
Could you elaborate on that diagram Mark? This may be of some help.

The tractor end is not correct but it is the same basic idea. The pressure line from the pump goes to the backhoe valve. The power beyond from the backhoe feeds pressure to the loader valve and the third line is return to sump. The tractor end is listed with the 4500 tractor.Could you elaborate on that diagram Mark?
