    Farmall A governor

Already did the bushing and that turned out great but still sloppy due to the shaft worn bad. I took the shaft/bracket assembly and indexed it all. Those flats are 6 1/2 degrees off from the lever.

Yep bored it and put a sleeve in it. Shaft is wore pretty bad so will be making a new one and welding it in the arm.

    Farmall A governor

Rebuilding the governor assembly and the only issue I have is that the bore for the shaft that connects to the throttle hand lever is washed out. This is the upper shaft not the lower one with the bearings in it, I can machine the bore that's no biggie but what material should I use for the...

Anyone here have a 16A direct mount mower that goes on a Farmall A?? I just scored one and the only thing that is missing is the 2 mounting spacers that go on the left side rear mounting holes. Part number for these is no good anymore. Just need to know how thick they are and the O.D. of them...

Follow up on this issue. I was plowing about 2 acers and was noticing the tractor running worse as i went on. Was doing the last furrow pulled the rope to drop the plow and she choked out. Checked to see if coil was hot I didn't think it was bad at all. We did pull a plug to check...

    Farmall A rear mount mower

Old do you happen to have any good pictures of it?? My fear is it looks like the wood pitman arm is missing which is no big deal but the end that bolts onto the arm which I believe is like a ball and socket that hooks up to the sickle bar I don't see that piece.Am sure that piece is not avalible

    Farmall A rear mount mower

I have the chance to get a No 16A rear sickle mower and I am looking to see if anyone has a parts manual for this unit. I think it is missing some parts and want to confirm all this because it is a out of state road trip that I don't want to be wasted. Thanks

    International A I exhaust lift

Gene is correct you have got a really sweet and pretty rare set up there. Always wanted that for my A. Gene is the man to help you. I have a fair knowledge of the system and Gene has helped fill in the blanks. Currently have a A and B with this system and am working on documenting/remaking some...

    Radiator shutters

The A and B use the same shutters and also same linkage. Linkage runs under generator up to the pipe that supports the steering wheel. From there you have to drill a hole in pipe and run it through it. End of rod has a crank formed at the end. The super A uses the throttle looking control...
