    Older grain drill

    We have about 20-30 acres of forest we are turning into pasture. I am looking for an older grain drill 8-10’ with a small grain bin. Within a 2hrs drive I have found an older IH510 but he says it has a large grain seed box but I can see what appears to be a small seed box on the back bottom...

    The timing is looks to be correct, I did find a lot of wire wrapped around the post, I cleared that out it seems to be working now, except for the clutch pawl, I have it set so it will trip and reset but the pawl is t pushed as far forward as I think it should be when the clutch comes around it...

    I am having trouble with the needles not returning home, the shear bolt will break when the needles are all the way up which them makes it very hard to bring needles back down. I thought it was some extra baling wire that was wrapped up but then it did it again.

    NH 315 twister stop

    I will add some, it looks like I am having trouble with the twister trip arm not falling far enough to activate the baler, when I have it set enough that it will fall the clutch pawl is not far enough forward to stop from catching but not activating.

    This NH 315 is new to me and after replacing the baling wire to swap out the rusty wire that was left in the machine sitting in a field for years unused and the shear pin for the twister and flywheel broke, it had been cycling fine while I was going over the baler, I went to check the timing...

    What make hay rake

    Is the rake section easy to remove so I can load it in the back of a pickup (7 with tailgate down), and do you know how wide the rear tires are was thinking of putting both in the bed as I don t have access to my trailer right now or the person will deliver for $150. They are about 2 hrs away.
