    If I wanted to make the rear of my 1948 8N Mut 6 volt front mount stance a bit wider, would it create any excess stress on the rear studs to just flip the tires around? Being that the center of the tires is not over the axle?? :?

    8N not running under load.

    I would say to go back and look at the plug wires and make sure they are in the right order.... 1 2 4 3 CCW on the Dist.... these motors are so good they will run on 2 Cylinders and have no power under load... this would be for the front mount dist... HTH

    2N Rims

    I have both of my 19inchers Slimed to the hilt on the front on my 8n, as long as they have some air in them and are spinning the slime does the rest. No complaints here, an I have to deal with lots of mesquite trees and BIG wooden thorns!!! :D
