    Just did the 159 from a 530 tractor to a 580 CK ( thanks Gus ) the ag version and Industrial are the same only different . Had to use some parts from the ag block . Oil filler , oil filter mount was different , power steering pump was different , as was the flywheel and clutch . Not sure about...

    Laugh if you want , but is the exhaust plugged ? It can't draw it in if it can't get rid of it . Has happened at least a couple times , honest .

    TD6 winch removal

    Long stud and short stud at top on both sides , two short studs at bottem inside drawbar arms on both sides ( have fun getting them ) Make sure it"s well supported it ain"t light . Thats the way it was on my 62 series think the older one"s are the same .

    Bought a 68ish 580 ck with a stuck 159 gas from the weeds last thanksgiving . Towed out , hauled home and started soaking ( blaster , acetone /trans fluid , kroil , anything I had around ).     159 gas in a 580 CK thermostat

    Tearing down a stuck 159 in a 580 CK . Took upper radiator hose off and found thermostat just sitting there . Is there supposed to be a spring or something to hold it down onto the casting ? Thanks in advance .

    Aww heck mad about one little 300 . I had 2 dozers and a tractor show up in one day . Didn't have to sleep in the barn . Couch was just fine . ahh did have to make my own supper though .
