    D14 Starter issues

    Ohio... Another thing is to use an ohmeter on the two contacts of the push button starter switch. If high this would mena it is shot. This also goes for the key switch in the start position. HOpe this helps

    D14 Starter issues

    Hey; I would check the ignition switch with an ohmeter across the two connections. I had a bad connection on mine ,and while it cranked, it would not run till I fixed the wire. Hope this helps

    Hello; I have a model 1100426 serial 7E29 generator and wonder if a model 1100025 serial 7E29 will work in its place? It"s for a 63 D-17 Series III Allis. Thanks a bunch

    I have 30 degrees of play in my 1950 Allis Model B

    Hey; I built up my worn down steering arm using pencil rod, then used a small grinder to make it egg shape. Fill it up good with 90 w when you are done. I been running two years with it, and all is well. Hope this help out.

    Questionon D-17 tire size

    Hello; The front tires I now have are 5.50 X 16 inches, but I was looking for the beefier tire than this. In the book they say that 6.00 X 16 is standard. So, will this 6.00 fit on my rim, AND give me that beefier tire I want up front? Thanks a bunch

    Question rings or liners?

    I was wondering how bad the rings and cylinder wear has to be before you have to buy liners with the new pistons. I am considering honing out the sleeves and getting new rings from agco. Got a D-17 series III, and might do it this winter. ppreciate any help
