    755 John Deere Injection Pump

I have a 755 Deere with injection pump issues. There is ample pressure going into the pump however after taking the injector lines loose there is no fuel squirting out of the top of the pump. The tractor has been sitting for a while. Could it be that the IP is just gummed up and can be...

    755 Compact

I have just recently acquired a 755 with a fuel issue. It appears that there is an issue with the wiring harness pigtail where the fuel shut off solenoid plugs in. In starting attempts it appears that the faulty wiring has the fuel flow shut off as the plunger in the solenoid will not stay...

    1520 PTO Seal

I'm in need of changing the PTO seal in my 1520. Per the shop manual I have removed the 3 bolts that hold the housing to the rear of the tractor. Anyone have any tricks to getting the housing/shaft to pull out? Thanks in advance.

Please help identify this 1960s Ford

Trekker42 - the numbers you provided are not the ones that determine the model - these are casting numbers. The numbers needed are stamped (not raised) in the frame just above the starter on the flat surface. It appears this has been painted so there may be a large amount of scraping with a...

    1520 Deere

Yes linkage connected and no line leaks. I did notice a few days ago leak down of the right (outside) pedal if I had to hold it a while. Was working ok when I started yesterday and 2 hours later nothing.

    1520 Deere

Quick question for the brain trust. Yesterday after raking hay I lost all brake pedal. Still have all other hydraulics but push down on the pedals and they go straight to the floorboard - no stopping. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

    3000 Spindle Play

How much play should there be in the spindle, if any? I just noticed that the spindle will move up about an 1/8 of an inch with the front jacked up to fix a flat. Thanks in advance.

Ford 3000 power steering cylinder lines

The first thing I would do is swap the lines on the cylinder ends. I have done this a few times and even if I do a diagram I still get the lines crossed.

1959 IH B275 changed fuel filter air in lines. Trouble b

Joe, woreout is right. Too bleed the air properly you have to start at the filters, then break the nut loose going into the injector pump from the filters. Once the air is out there move to the top of the injector pump and break each of the 3 injector lines nuts loose. Once air is out there...
