    Thanks for the replies. Changed cam pin. Will pull side plate and check for oil leaking. Will adjust hydraulic touch control lever. Will replace safety valve if leaking. If those fail will pull cover and readjust. I guess rebuild pump would be next. Foster

    Recently rebuilt hydraulic lift. [new cylinder, naa piston,etc.] 1. With use had “chatter”, [noise and movement] 2. Raised and lowered ok and stayed up 48 hours. 3. Used half a day with light weight scarper and now with medium weight disc have a knocking sound, one knock per pto shaft...

    Soundguy, thanks. It is a replacement pump but don't know the quality of the rebuild. Notjustair, all new and tight. Dell, don't have my head up my arss so can't turn off the hearing aids that way.(or maybe I do) Tim, cleaned when replaced and used little since. Lift is still up this morning.

    Just finished repair on lift. New cylinder, naa piston etc., adjusted springs and clearances. Still up after 2 hours with Dearborn utility blade on. Problem is a little chatter when lifting. Is that from lift or pump? Thanks, Foster
