    Electrical Tape on a Steering Wheel

    I'm rescuing an M that has electrical tape strapped around the steering wheel as a poor man's grips. Baked on. What is the best way to get it off? If I can unwind it I will do so, but if not, what options do I have? Thanks! Ben W. in VA OldPathsEquipment.com

    Tractor payment

    I have a tractor for sale and wonder what I should accept for payment from a stranger,. Personal check? Cashiers check? Money order? How long should I hold the tractor until payment clears? The sale amount will hopefully be around 13-14 thousand for informational purposes.

    farmall 100 flr wheel

    Removeig the ring gear from fly wheel and chipped my fly wheel. Is it ruined or will it be OK. The ring fit back on it great and still holds tight. Just chipped it on the edge.

    mt oil pump

    Thanks the pump was frozen up because of water getting in from the oil fill cap was gone. After we started it up the oil psi stoped and to fine that pin was sheared. Thanks for the info.

    The mt oil pump that i have sheared the pin on the top gear that drives the pump. Is this a shear pin from john deere or can i use a roll pin in its place. Thanks

    ANOTHER ARGUMENT FOR WHEELIE BARS - PIC

    Try some side shields on your tractor once, I put some on because the tractor was messed with at a pull and boy did that start a stir. The club would not let me pull tell i let a club member look at the motor. Wheelie bars are a good thing stock or not.

    I was told once on how to time a 40 l by turning it backwards to the spark or tdc mark then put the mag on and then its close to been time on number one. I can not remember how so any help guys thanks.

    Does the tractor do it in all gears or just one.     On my mt the hyd pump is on the front of the motor and i was going to hook up a wood splitter to the hyd fitting under the hyd handels and run the return back to the tank under the seat.Do u guys think the pump will have the power to do the job.The tractor now has a farm hand loader and it seems...

    The mag on my h has more of a red spark then a blue one and seem to b weak.It has new wires and plugs.The wires have the steel running in them and the plugs are AC 3116. Thanks.
