    2294 Powershift

    Got a new neighbour which got a 2294 with the farm, problem is supposedly it was left in reverse doing pto work and wont grunt with the pedal depressed. Apparently will move if you jam it into gear. Steering and pto works. Where do I start?

    Thanks. Lets see if I got this straight now. After I find #1 and #2, the next nipple should go to the number four plug?

    How do I determine the correct firing order as I"m looking down on the cap? What I mean is, is the nipple on the right or left considered number 1? A diagram would help. A have a slight miss and want to make sure I got the wires in the right order. Its a 1950 6v side mount. Thanks!

    starting issues

    Thank you. I will definitely try that when I get home today. And yes I did monkey with the carb settings so I"m sure I got something screwed up. It does run very smooth when I do get it sttarted, so hopefully I"m just a tweak or two away from getting it to start on its own. Thanks a million!

    My 1950 6v sidemount will not start, or even try to start when the engine is cold. After i give it a shot of starting fluid it fires up and runs smooth. Once the engine is warm it will fire up everytime without having to use starting fluid. Spark and fuel flow is good but I still have to use...

    wouldnt start

    I"m assuming its hooked up right being that I never touched or ever had any problems. I got it running smooth now by adjusting the screws on the carb but now it"s hard starting whether it"s hot or cold. I have to choke the heck out of it (something I never had to do before)

    Went to start my 1950 8n yesterday and it didnt even try to start. Checked for spark and its good. Figured its fuel flow. Took the screw out of the bottom of the bowl and fuel flowed all day.
