    is there anyway to get this contential 277 diesel on tdc no 1 cyl without removing fuel tank to get to the valve cover to check push rods to make sure its on comp stroke as i need to remove fuel pump to get it rebuilt i really dont want to dissamble half of top anybody has one of these the fuel...

    yes the retainer is cast and has been run a long time needing repairs i do go on agco parts books and can get numbers didnt know i could find a dealer there that would ship me parts though thanks

    exactly my bearing is completly gone nothing to measure and no numbers to get ill have to drop another roller for that but my main need is the holder as it is new idea specific just looking for parts yards that would ship or even dealer like said my main concern is that cast retainer

    yes it has the fat spots as you said and i can move the little handle there up and down the tractor will stop laboring when i turn it to one side the flat sided knob turns also thats how i get the tractor to stop laboring

    i have a 460 utility with the ta delete i can work my 2pt hitch work but i cant get any action for my hyd remote is there a setting ineed to do there is a knob on the dash if i turn it ican hear the motor strain but thats all thanks for any help
