    I ran the A for about one hour and let it cool down. Did the same thing again except the last cool down I let it cool overnight then did the retorque. I might retorque it again after ten hours of run time. thanks to all that replied to me. Ken

    I just finished the governor rebuild on the 2n. I read the manual about the spring tension that I think I understand clearly but not sure If the spring should be set up with the linkage hooked up or otherwise. the spring is a bear to get off and on so I'm asking about a preliminary adjustment...

    governor shaft bearing

    Just want to share what I used to remove the governor shaft needle bearing from the housing. I used a easey out. when it started to grip, just a little pull pressure and it came right out. Hope this helps someone. Ken
