    Can anyone tell me how to easily differentiate between a 230 and a 262 from a gleaner combine? I am in need of a 262 and a distant yard has a good running engine from a gleaner but unsure if its the 230 or 262. I'm not sure I ever saw a 230. Thanks

    I've had a 303 for several years and several hundred bales. Never had a problem with it. Tie mechanism is the same as New Holland of same err.     Where are you located? Zimmerman Tractor in Versailles, Mo (573 378-7210) had one a couple months ago. Also, Chartrand salvage in Ellis Grove or Red Bud, Il (have two locations in Southern Il) are a good source for the older stuff. Sorry, don't have the number for them handy. Carl
