    Update i just ran compression test and it is exactly like you said. Front 2 cyl are 115 the back two are 30-35. So will head gasket buy me a couple more weeks? When this 8n was running it was running strong, maybe i will idle her down a touch baby it a little.

    Ok so the pins arrived. I figured i would use the OLD castle nut and just torque it down but the threaded areas on the new pin are bigger inside the trumpet. The new pins i have are NCA-563c. Does anybody know what castle nut goes on this new pin? 5/8''x18 is not gonna work as im pretty sure...

    Standing at the rear it is the one on the right side, it is loose just free spinning. It may just need to be tightened but it shouldnt hurt to replace it with a brand new one. I will probably do both sides while im at it. I read somewhere on here if you can access both if you remove only one...
