Steering column question ford 5000
I get what you are saying. But the 2 pieces i am referring look as if they were pressed together. Look at pic closer. Do they come apart? or leave it alone? Someone on this forum has taken apart similar columns and knows what they are looking at. The moving piece you spoke about is off finally...- My Ford 5000

Steering column question ford 5000
Does part A move inside part B? On the spindle end of part B you can see part A and it appears it can be punched out with the right tool. It appears to be stuck. Does a o-ring go on it in the inside? OR is it pressed on and leave it alone?- My Ford 5000

Loader set up for 70s row crop 5000
Yes, I am switching back to the row crop bolster. You are right about bolster differences. I need to put original steering back together. Also, we are putting in new o-rings for steering column. Yea, I was told the 3 cylinder was a 5000. I had my doubts. Thanks for clearing that up. What modifications are needed to get the pump to work? Loader set up for 70s row crop 5000
What options sould I be steering in? I have a 5000 row crop early 70s# and want to put a loader on. It has power assist and I would need to put the pump on front. Have loader from early 5000 3 cylinder engine going to 4 cylinder. Any thoughts?- My Ford 5000
