    Plow ID - 200 series?

Dad bought this plow and would like a book for it. I think it might be a 214S or 214C. How do you tell between an S and C?

    Case 95 Manure Spreader Question

Does anyone know how many teeth the rear widespread sprocket is on a Case 95 spreader? I'm guessing 6, 7, or 8 but can't tell from the parts book. Mine is missing this sprocket, and I'm trying to figure out a replacement at the right speed. Its part number is T-1036, and it runs a 2050 double...

    Big 400 Hand Crank

Does anyone have an image of a big 400 hand crank? Was it a special dealer tool, or something the farmer could order special?

    Case 400 Powering Steering

When did Case come out with power steering as an option for big 400s? I have a No. 577 parts catalog with a 5-55 date on the back that does not contain power steering information, and it doesn't put mechanical in front of the steering that it does show. The parts catalog on the CaseIH website...

    Case 400 Front Axle Options

Does anyone know why Case changed the drag link/tie rod arrangement on general purpose big 400 tractors? From looking at the parts diagrams, the double drag links behind the axle was used prior to serial number 8069698 (in 1955) for the 53-82 version. Then this width option switched to the...

    318D on DC Build Card

Kind of a weird deal - it was a D converted to a DC according to the back of the card.

    318D on DC Build Card

I posted a while back about an 318D stamp on the bellhousing of a foot clutch DC. I got the build card today, and it says 318D, too. Any ideas what it means?

    Build Cards

What is the current method of obtaining build cards? Also, what all can you get cards for? For example, is it only tractors, and if so what model ranges or year ranges are available? If someone knows the current cost and lead time, that would be great info as well. Thanks!
