NAA / 600 Differential
Thanks Ford 600 I think the actual differential would work if the axle drive gears are changed with NAA parts but it seems the pinion assembly is completely different. The 600 pinion assembly is much larger and stouter. Guess I will try to sell the 600 differential and find a NAA pinion or... -

I am working on the differential of my NAA. The pinion gear had some chipped teeth and so I wanted to replace it. The manual said that a 600 differential could be used if the side gears are changed. I found one cheap and purchased it. It just came in and it is not the correct differential... -

NAA Lift Adjustment
George, Thanks. I got the lift cover off and the cam follower pin is about half worn. Don't know how much the cam is worn because I dont know what it looked like when it started, but I do like the idea of making a stepped pin to compensate for the wear. Thanks again. -

Need NAA Center Case

NAA Seal Sleeves
I like the idea of doubling up on the seals and it seems there is plenty of room for it. My plan is to turn down the worn sleeves to a outside diameter of 1.625 and use CR 16315 seals. That will leave a wall thickness of 0.125 which I think will be ok. Even if you had to pay someone to turn... -
