    240D Clutch Replacement Problem

Did you ever figure this one out? I have the same problem after replacing the clutch on my 1401D. I strongly suspect the pin on the yoke has sheared, but it don't want to split it again unless I've exhausted all other possible options. Thanks

Minimum trailer size for towing 1401d

It actually has a FEL and Rototiller attachment on it, so I guess I'll have to shop for a trailer before I move it anywhere. Thanks!

Minimum trailer size for towing 1401d

I was wondering what size trailers people are using to tow their Yanmars? I have a 5x10 foot single axle utility trailer with a 2000# axle with no brakes and a 1/2 ton 4WD truck. Seems like this setup might not be heavy duty enough for a comfortable safety margin. Any thoughts?

I got the injector repair completed without incident. But I now have a question regarding the injector diameter because I was able to just pull the whole injector out by hand. See my other post for details. Thanks

    injector housing outside diameter??

OK- I got the injector out and repaired the washer gasket. The whole injector came out and was loose in the head. I measured the injector housing diameter to be 1.0180" and the hole 1.0212" meaning there is a clearance of ~ 0.004". I read somewhere that this is supposed to be an interference...

    1401D injector repair

I'm replacing the top-most gasket (part number 172100-53200 on the exploded view of the injector) for the #2 injector on my 1401d. I was told when I ordered it to be careful when taking the injector apart because it is spring-loaded. Do I need any special tools or anything to watch out for when...
