    My 6600 did not have a display on the side. Thought maybe you were using numbers on hydro handle. Good to be done. Any market for straw in your area?

    Carb may still be a concern if it was dumping that much fuel. Glad you found the leak into the manifold. Hopefully it has not run long enough to dust the engine. Replace the manifold and change the oil.

    Don't need a second battery. Haven't changed plugs in 20 years. Still have points. Starts below zero. Should change manifold to hot setting in winter but Haven't done that recently.

    If you put gas directly in and it started thatCOULD INDICATE A PROBLEM INTERNAL TO THE MANIFOLD.

    8 john deere LP 4020 tractors and 3, 3300 combines being converted to propane.

    You will need lots of lpg tanks to store your fuel needs. Takes more gallons lpg than gasoline engines to do same work. Maybe 200,000 gallons or more and if fuel of any kind is short where will you refill?
