    I'm thinking it is a 630, but did they come in narrow front? I looked throught the 530 and 630 pics and don't see one like it. Can someone confirm the torque tube number G1411 would be correct for this series? Thanks Steve

    There is a switch in the shift cover casting. I guess that is the N safety switch. I have the parts book for the 200-300-400 series and none of the numbers match. I thought it was a 411B, but it must not be. What does the "S" mean in the shift pattern? Thanks Steve

    I"ve got a parts tractor I think is a 411B but I"m not sure. It is a narrow front diesel triple range tractor. There is a tag on the left side of the frame under the engine with the number 2006470. Can anyone translate this for me? Thanks Steve

    OK, I ended up replaceing the coil and the ignition switch. The problem causing the miss was the coil. Pulling the bush hog it runs strong until it overheats. Clean coolant, clean radiator, new hoses, fan belt tight enough. How about timing? How do I set that? 47 8N. Thanks Steve PS: 10...

    I took a jumper wire with me and bush hogged for about 20 minutes until it started missing. I jumped the switch and it kept on missing. The switch looks like crap but I guess I need yet another coil. Does anyone make a good one? This is the 3rd coil this year. On the previous "new" coil the...

    It's hot out, over 90. I'm bush hogging with the 47 8N 'cause my dang Case threw a fan blade right through the radiator. It will run OK for about 15-20 minutes then it starts missing. So I shut it off and go to the parts store and get new H-10 champ plugs and start it up and it runs good for...

    I had the same problem plus hard starting. It was the ballast resistor. NAPA had one in stock. It is the same as 32 to 48 Ford V8. Have a nice day Steve
