    adjusting the timing on Oliver 88 Diesel

    turn the pump one way and take it for a ride, if it looses power turn it the other way, be sure and mark the pump and timing cover with a paint stick before you start messing with it. you wont gain much power, but by advancing the timeing you will make the tractor over heat if you take it to far
