    plow

Both molds look the same. It sounds like I better be looking for a good used plow. I'll try to post a picture of the other side. Thanks for the info. Tim

    plow

I took some pictures of my plow and I am going to try to post them. The pictures will help more than me trying to explain it to you. This is in regards to the previous message I posted about not knowing the name of the plow part that is broken. Thanks Tim

    1950 TO20 PTO

I am going to try to post a picture so that you can see the pin that everyone is talking about. I haven't ever posted a picture before but I'll give it a try.

    plow

I am new at plowing. We always had someone else to plow our garden when I was growing up because we didn't have a tractor. I bought a tractor last year and I am not sure what the plow parts are called. I have a Dearborn model #10-152. The part that turns the dirt over is worn out on the bottom...

    chipmunks

Any ideas on how to get rid of chipmunks? My uncle is having problems with them. They are digging holes in the ground and eating the wires out of the neighbors trucks. They are storing nuts everywhere. Any information would be great! Thanks

    pumpkin

I read an article in my local paper where a guy grew a 600 pound pumpkin by utilizing chicken and cow manures, lemon juice and Alka Seltzer. I would post a picture but I'm not sure how to do that. I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of such a thing? Thanks

    TO-20 Tractor (steering)

I was going to put seals in my steering box. Do I need to mark the steering arms or gears with a punch? Do they make a gasket for the steering box and if so where can I find one? There is not a sparex located near me. What kind of fluid goes back in it and how much? How hard of a job is this...

    potatoes in freezer

I read here a few weeks ago about putting a freezer underground and keeping potatoes all year around and keeping small ones for reseeding the following year. How is this done? Do you set the freezer on blocks or what? How deep do you bury it? I am new at gardening and am interested in trying...

    raccoons?

There has been something eating on my corn. It rolls it over and eats it. I am not sure if this would be a deer or a raccoon. I killed a groundhog not long ago, but it is still happening so it must not have been that. Any advice on what it may be and how to get rid of the problem? Any advice...

    mowing machine

Thanks for the info. I already have a bush hog, but it is dangerous where I am needing to use it. So do you have any suggestions on what kind of sickle mower I should go with? Thanks Tim

    mowing machine

I have found a New Idea #41 sickle mower that can be used on a tractor without 3pt hitch. I don't know anything about sickle mowers. I mainly need something to cut weeds along my driveway and about 1/2 acre hillside. Are these sickle mowers any good? What do you need to look for to make sure...

    TO-20 Tractor

I would like to thank everyone for their help. The shim was broken in two places and I used a little bit of silicone to hold it in place. I guess I will have to start using the PTO cap when I am not using the PTO since they have changed the style of the seals. I am sure I will have more...

    TO-20 Tractor

I haven't posted anything in awhile, but I still read the messages every day. I have learned alot of stuff. I have a couple of questions. I bought a PTO seal from my local tractor part supplier and it matches the part # in my book, but the seal I took out has the felt dust on one side and the...
