1967 Hesston PT-10 round sickle drive belt replacement

Hesston PT10 Replace Round Belt, Pullley
I am having to still try to use this old version Hesston PT-10. Last week the pulley on the shaft that drives the sickle pitman spun on the shaft. It isn't even a pulley with a bearing. This pulley looks like it is supposed to be tight on the shaft. I pulled the 3 bolts that hold the bearing...- ttiiggy

I took the whole jack into hardware store. Figured out that 3/16 roll pin 2" long works. Drill bit might last longer if I can figure out how to make it stay in. -

I will need to go measure. No groove, no holes. I don't know what the original pin had. The Hi-Lift pins that I have that DON'T fit diameter have a sharp slit lengthwise in the side that seem are supposed to make them stay in better. -

I know this discussion is WAY old. I have this Jackall Jack Mark II. One of the cross pins in the lift pin broke. I used a long roll key for a while. That broke. Any other suggestions for what to use? I have a bag that has some pins in it but I think it is labeled HI-LIFT and not Jackall... -

Case 311 tractor. Need front hub
Got a Case 311 tractor. The front wheel BROKE right off. The hub has been welded before and now it really went to pieces. In looking for info, I am pretty sure this is the heave duty model. Casting stamp says G1086. I found an old listing for one for sale but it apparently is gone...- ttiiggy

I did get to the dealer last week. The round rubber belt is available to order. Probably $100. With it tightened, it seems to be OK. Clutch shows not available. Counter guy said if I take it apart they might be able to match up something. I haven't even got in there with wrenches or a...- ttiiggy

Yes. Really round rubber belt. Looks like it could be 6 feet long or so, 72 inches? Maybe have to measure some. I tightened it even though it looks like it comes off that left pulley pretty steep. I guess that is the coming off side so it should be ok. Seems to run better. Today, it is...- ttiiggy

Hesston PT-10 Serial No. HS26-1785 I can't find where to get part number for this ROUND belt. There is this round rubber belt that runs all directions on 4 pulleys to make the sickle bar pitman go back and forth. My belt seems to be stretchy and often slips and lets the sickle bar jam up...- ttiiggy

Changing hydraulic oil in 460
I know, old topic but maybe somebody is still watching... Does this THIRD plug that you talk about connect with the same space as the other two plugs? Do I have to fill fluid separate or are they shared fluid?- ttiiggy
