Yes, please send me the chapter dealing with the SOS. I have the Ford manual, and it goes into the transmission in detail, but doesn't help much with the control assembly. It doesn't even tell how to disconnect the cable from the control assessbly. I assume you have to get the control assembly... -

What type of valve do I need for my Wagner Loader
I have a Jungle Gym style Wagner loader on my 2N. I'm in the process of trouble shooting the leak down on my bucket which is hydraulic controlled both up and down. If I need to replace the valve assembly what do I need to look for in a replacement unit. Not sure of open, closed, floating...- wsmm

Thanks, that pretty much makes it a 6v. It is a gasser, and does not have air slots on the generator. -

Some brief info I saw indicated that there was a difference between the '54 and earlier and the '55 and later. I think it was in the hub, which could account for a different bearing. -

My '59 871 SOS was in a fire and the wiring is all burned up. The key switch is missing from the left side of the dash - is this simply an on/off switch for the ignition? I found a push button under the right side of the dash - is this the starter button? How do you turn on the head lights... -
