    1566 steering delay problems

    I"ve got a 1566 ih that will not steer until it sets running for about ten minutes while I crank the wheel around. I normally just deal with this issue, but I am curious as to what the problem is? The oil in the transmission is not milky like it has water in it. Anybody know what"s happining?
