2600 lift capacity
I have looked around, and have reviewed the specs in the manuals, but can't find the lift capacity of the hydraulics on the 2600. Specifically looking for the weight lift capacity difference between my Jube and the 2600 I am working on. Any help? -

NAA hydraulic air bleeding
Sold a Jube to a fellow a few months back. I had put a top cover kit in it and bled the hydraulics. Was working fine. Now seems to need to be bled of air each time used. Good place to look for air leak? Also he says if he puts it in draft mode the 3-point crashes down. I've not run my Jube...- Beanmedic

It's Free!
Bought a 2600 back in August that had a stuck clutch. Tried everything forum members suggested. Drug a 7 point AP plow around with the clutch pedal in; drove in tight circles; drove back and forth stabbing brakes; did the pry bar thing...nothing. So finally just sprayed down the clutch with PB... -

Alternator exchange and wiring?
New to me 2600. PO had just had the alternator rebuilt, but the wires were loose and may not be wired correctly. It's not working. May have fried the diodes...I don't know. Just got my books in and will do some tests. Question is, can I just put a 10si with an internal VR in, and wire it so... -

Can I be so lucky that this will swap?
Selling my 861 because I just picked up a 2600. Rather than breaking out the wrenches to check, I thought I would ask. Will this accessory valve on the 861 top cover bolt on and work on the 2600 top cover? Somehow I doubt it. 861 valve: 2600 hydraulic top cover: -

Gave a lady a ride home and...
She stayed! Gonna sell my 861 and keep this girl. Pics are a little fuzzy. Sorry 1979 Gasser; PS; LPTO; 4 x 1 with High Low to give 8 x 2; tires good; fresh rebuilt alternator; BUT does have a stuck clutch. Drove it around in tight turns stomping brakes. No joy. Took $300 off purchase... -

4 cylinder vs 3 cylinder
I have seen some pretty good prices lately on gas 2000 series Fords. I know the early 2000 was a 4 cylinder and the later a 3 cylinder. If tractor data is correct (sometimes it's not) I see that the later ones may weigh at least 700 lbs more. Not sure I need the weight if not plowing...but are... -

861 that I am renewing feels big. Not surprising, since I have been using a Jubilee. I would love to have a 661, but there are few around and fewer near me. Is there a blue equivalent to that size tractor (live PTO)? -

Jubilee hydraulic accessory valve?
Did some of the Ford made hydraulic accessory valves bolt up to the top cover on the Jubilee or does it take something more creative? I have a valve like that on the 861 I am working on and will power a hydraulic top link cylinder with it. Kind of like the clean mount of a direct bolt on.- Beanmedic

Maybe valves...what can accomplish without removing the head
Background: 861 was running a little rough and very wet leaky carb. Belches/backfires through the carb when giving it gas. Rebuilt carb and replaced graphite wires and new points and IC14 coil. Pulled and cleaned distributor. Timing is right, confirmed with light. Idles OK and runs high... -

What to paint my 861. Not going for show or exact duplication of original. I painted my Jube with the TiscoTP240 gray and the TP2822 red. For the 861: How does the TP245 gray compare to the TP240 gray? How does the TP310(Bright Red) or TP115(Dearborn red) look compared to the TP2822?- Beanmedic

Oil pressure changed?
