    Ford 1720

    Ford day in Penfield

    Made it to historic farm days show after the rains. Saw Dwight Enstrom with a couple fords he brought. Lucky enough to see 9n sn 16 the oldest known in existence. Mr Enstrom also brought an original 51 8n clock read 130 hours. Quite a story on it. There were a couple other 1939 9n's also...

    3 point won't lift

    Need some help here please. My lift lever on my ford 4000 will not move more than and inch and then very hard. Arms raise but drift down quickly. Alway before it just slid up easily then as I lowered it would go to the stop set

    Ford 4000 3 point lift

    Hope I might get a few suggestions thanks. I cannot move the lift lever on my tractor as I always have. It might move an inch but very hard to move it. The arms will go up but fall as I release the lever.

    Wild weather

    Here in central il vermilion county area idot site says all primary roads are closed due to drifting visibility etc. 7 above now going for -17 tonight. Burning lots of wood.     4000 hydraulic leak

    Finishing up a little brush hogging with my 64 4000 noticed I was leaking hydraulic fluid from up below the gage cluster under the hood running down both sides. Any ideas? Too hot to check out and little room up there. Loose line bad gasket? Any thoughts appreciated

    Cross drawbar lock

    Where can I find a good lock to keep the drawbar from rolling on my 3 point? Tsc had one rather cumbersome and not as i would like. Anyone know of one that locks outside the lift arm with some sort of lynch pin?
