    #60 4 bolt plow shares

    Looking for plow shares and the number is kinda messed . Looks like 04 14 -4 or 01 41-4 hard to tell . This don't match any number in shoup catalog . There number is R44144 . I don't want to order them for a customer and have to return them if not right .

    Hard throttle on a 400

    Have a 400 gas with a M&W governor . when moving the throttle lever with the motor not running it moves like normal . There is no binding . but with it running you really got to pull on it to get to wot . I had a super m with a rocket on it and it didn't do that . Any ideas to look for ?

    400 project tractor

    Haven't run my 400 in a few months so I fired it up the other day . When it started it made a short funny noise like a dry bearing . Zing and that was it nothing else and ran fine . Anybody have this ?

    My son is looking at a 400 there saying the rear end is cracked water freezing . Anybody ever seen this happen ?

    H trans project now carb issue

    Well it together nice and quiet and no leaks . Now it runs nice but I can't get the smoke to clear up off idle . It got better with adjustments but still puffs when you pull the throttle . It's fat stumbles a tad then runs really nice the rest of the throttle range . Float adjustment ? Gasket...

    Doubling input and counter shaft seals on H transmission

    I thought I heard from an old toner that with woren sealing surfaces to double the seals . Has anybody else done this ?

    H transmission bearing update

    I was reading more in the IT manual and figured out how to get it out . The bearing in the casting is rough noisy sounding . The little bearing inside is not shiny looking so replacement to . Inside the gear that bearing has a slight amount of wear . isn't it much to worry about for what it'll do .

    I'm working on a older fellows family H the transmission is noisy with the clutch released or when moving . Think I found the needle bearing out "pilot bearing" ?
