    IH 184 MOWER SWAP

I have two IH 184 tractors. Tractor 1 has the 3-point hitch with a Woods mower. Tractor 2 has no 3-point hitch and an IH 3160A mower. The IH mower on tractor 2 is in excellent condition but the tractor needs work. The Woods mower on tractor 1 is rusted through but the tractor is excellent...

    2000 New Holland TN75D repair

I sheared off the two studs that anchor the front of the loader frame to the tractor bolster. I am terrible with metric. What exact size are the bolts and thread pitch that screw into that front bolster? I think I will need to heli-coil for repair?

Location of NH tranny pressure sensor

2000 NH TN75D I think I may have pulled a wire or had a bad connector to the tranny pressure sensor. Shuttle intemittantly does not engage. However, no idea where that is located. Help needed to locate.

    New Holland TN75D No Shuttle

2000 New Holland TN75D While working, I suddenly get a shuttle alert icon and the tractor will not move forward or backward. I must completely shut down the engine, wait a minute and then restart. The alert goes away and I have forward and reverse again for a few minutes. Then it goes away...

    Farmall B Rear Wheel Change

Back several months ago someone posted up photos of a Farmall B with the rear tires and rims converted to a larger truck rim and tire size. I lost the post and would like to contact that person for more information. Anyone remember who it was?

    Super B

OK, So I am trapped at home due to the virus. Sitting here thinking of possible projects and it dawned on me that Farmall never made a Super B. Super A and Super C but no Super B. I have a nice B just sitting here. So...just for laughs, what would it take to make my B a Super B? I realize...

Farmall B Steering Shaft U-Joint Replacement

1944 Farmall B The U-Joint in the steering shaft is shot. It looks like this cannot be repaired like other U-joints I am familiar with? Usually there are snap rings that can allow the inner bearing to be replaced, retaining the knuckles. But there are no snap rings on my U-joint. Looks like...

    B Carburator repair

Time to get to a starving carburator. My '42 B has a Zenith on it now. The tractor starves out under load so I have a problem. Am I better off to just get a full rebuild kit for the old Zenith or should I look at a newer type for full replacement?

    Farmall B Drawbar Pins

My B has a sliding rear drawbar. No locking pins came with the used tractor. I know I can just shove a bolt on either side of the pull bar but that doesn't seem to be what Farmall originally used? Anyone know what was factory and are there any out there?

Sudden rpm drop over bumps - Farmall B

1942 Farmall B. When using the tractor in the field, when I ride over any hole or bump that shakes the tractor, I get a sudden and significant drop in rpms. The drop lasts for only a half-second then rpm goes back to the hand throttle position. Sitting still, the engine seems fine through the...

    Water Temp Gauge Farmall B

I see Steiner offers a water temperature guage for a Farmall B. What I don't see is a place to screw in the sending unit on my B block? The only available fitting I can see is the drain pitcock? Is this supposed to replace the pitcock or is there a plug I am not seeing??

Farmall B PTO Housing Shim Plates

I have installed new bearings and seals in my '42 B PTO. Ready to bolt it back together. There were four shim plates between the PTO belt housing and PTO shaft housing, one thick and three thin. I suspect they were the original set. As old and used as the tractor is, I would think they...

Need Farmal B PTO shaft cup oil seal

While replacing bearings in my Farmall B PTO housing, I damaged the cup seal on the PTO output shaft. There are two seals back-to-back on the spline end of the PTO shaft. There is a narrow oil seal and then a wider cup seal before the ball bearing. The cup seal holds the ball bearing in place...

    Farmall B 3-Point hitch assembly

Rather than make many mistakes and burn time, someone out there must have already fabricated a successful 3-point hitch assembly for a Farmall B? I have figured out how to get hydraulic power to a lift cylinder but need help on the actual hitch assembly fabrication. Any diagrams, plans, photos...

    Faramll B Serial Number Check

The Serial Number on my B is: 91719. Can't figure if it was made in '42, '43 or '44? Looks like only 5 came out in '43? War production limitation?

    12 volt 3-point for B

I have a Farmall B. Don't want to hang a hydraulic pump on the side of the tractor to run a 3-Point hitch. Has anyone ever fabricated a 3-Point hitch assembly using 12 volt actuators instead of hydraulic rams? I am thinking about making one from scratch with two 250 lb. actuators on either...
