I need to change a push sleeve in my 1939 B. I want to try to do it with the head installed. I read in the manual about using a push rod sleeve tool. Does anyone have picture of one of these tools or know what that looks like or how it works? Thank You.

Pictures I saved from another post on this subject...

(quoted from post at 11:29:37 09/17/23) Use a 5/8 tap to cut threads in the tube, screw a bolt in and pull the tube out.

I just did this on my '37 A. Aside from what Mark said another piece of advice is make sure you keep the sleeve centered when the rear end of the sleeve begins to press into the rear of the head. I screwed up one of my sleeves because the rear end of the sleeve dropped down a little bit before it went into the hole in the rear of the head. Also put some Loctite 515 or something around the sleeve to seal it in the head
