The leak is coming from the Simms injector pump. There is a bolt with a collar and a stubbed (broke off?) outlet (overflow) tube coming out of that collar. That is according to my service manual. It says it might drip some fuel/oil mixture after the engine is stopped. I've owned and used the tractor for 15+ years and it hasn't dripped a drop of fuel (that I've noticed) from there before now. Now it squirts out under pressure when the tractor is running. It is on the left side (toward the rear of tractor) of the pump, behind the primer lever. The bolt has a 1/2 head and the line is 3/16 OD. This tractor was made in England if that makes a difference. Any ideas on what to do? I don't know why it just started to squirt, is it an indicator of a problem? Does it mean the injector pump breather needs to be cleaned?
Thanks!
