9600 brakes

I have just rebuilt the brake master cyl on my 9600 and I mounted it back to the tractor so i could bench bleed it with the pedals. I cant get it to build hardly and pressure just a little squirt of fluid and then it looses the pressure and starts all over again. The last one i did bleed immediately. Before hand the left brake worked but the right leaked and wouldn t build pressure. Ive been letting the fluid just steady drip from the bleeders but that hasnt helped either. Any other tricks out there

I would double check the rebuild on the master cylinder. If ok i would then be pulling the axle housings and
replacing the brake piston seals and discs while i was in there. If it has ever had automotive brake fluid
installed instead of the correct BRAKE OIL then, there is the problem.
