Alternator not charging-MF-175

The alternator on my 175 is not charging. What is the best way to tell if problem is alternator or regulator? The oil pressure switch is working as should and have checked wiring, looks original and ok.

What model alternator do you have A Delco with the internal or the external regulator.

It is the original delco alt with tach driveon rear and external regulator under dash. Sorry, just now posting back, thanks any help appreciated.

After days of frustration with my 175, discovered it was a blown fuse in the line right by the alternator.
