Fur all you that like buckwheat pancakes and don't know where to find good buckwheat. I buy mine on line at Wal-Mart, around here they don't sell it in the stores, but you can go on line and buy it.
The nutritional value of buckwheat is better than regular flour. I have said that buckwheat pancakes are a "MANS" pancake.
I'm oat of the Amish made maple syrup so I use second best, Log Cabin syrup, I remember years ago it came in tin cans that resembled a log cabin, wish I had all those cans, they vould be vorth money to collectors.
Vhen I was a child, we always had buckwheats on sunday morning before ve went to church.
Can any one remember the old Log Cabin syrup jingles?
