Case 480b brake work

i know ive been on a lot but i have never done this kind if work i didnt know a lot about. ive got everything i need my problem is what is the best way to get the cover where the seals are i dont want to tear the shims and i dont think this tractor ever had a brake job there is a little bolt on the right housing and theres not one on the left so should i pry hard to get out and ideas would be appreciated

Never worked on a 480 but what Case tractors I've done its a matter of tap, tap other side, until you get movement. Then you can start prying, wiggling, and pulling.
