Hello, I have a TO30 that was running great. The engine started backfiring and then died. The points were cooked. I replaced the points the condenser and the plugs. Got it running again but it is blowing white smoke out the exhaust and the pipe on the valve cover. There is also oil coming out of the governor. Once and a while there is a knock in the engine as well. I can not throttle up either. Does this sound like the intake valves? I just replaced the radiator because the old one blew. I assume this may have overheated the engine causing my problems. Any ideas what to look for first?
