Engine Gaskets

I was wondering if there is a complete set of all engine gaskets used for a Farmall H engine available in one package, as one part number, and if so, where is the best place to get them? I am talking about every single gasket used on the engine anywhere. If so, I would be interested in knowing the best place to buy them and approximate cost? Many thanks for any and all help.

Have you tried any parts place the prices will vary. Probably will get best price at CAR QUEST. Be prepared to spend 70-100.

Have you tried your local Case/IH dealer? I was able to get a head gasket set for my C there a couple of years ago. I don't remember the price. If one isn't close to you they can always ship them to you for a price.

Not sure about the quality comparison, but my CNH dealer wants 3X what an aftermarket head gasket costs.

Recently purchased a complete engine gasket set for a WD 45 Aliis Chalmers at NAPA for about $95.00

Yes, gaskets are available. Check your CASE IH dealer, Yesterday's Tractors Parts, or NAPA

The dealer quoted a price of $212 for my 400.
O'Reilly's Auto parts got the full set for $106.
It might have had some valve seals in it also.
I did not do any work on the head. I know I had some gaskets left over.

Try this site I checked recently and I think full set for H is about $70/80 MTF
